Live-out Superintendent Toronto

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Live-Out Superintendent to maintain a clean, safe, and well-managed residential property in North York.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain common areas (lobbies, hallways, garbage rooms).
Perform minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting).
Monitor building systems and coordinate with contractors as needed.
Respond to tenant inquiries and handle emergencies.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure property safety.
Qualifications:
Experience in property maintenance or as a superintendent.
Basic repair skills and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and handle emergencies.
