- Fluency in English ;
- Secondary education (College or university degree is an advantage);
- Very strong customer focus;
- Good communication skills;
- PC literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, previous use of TMS systems are an advantage.
Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
As a part of our team, provide an efficient support to the customer with track and trace activity, return coordination and inbound management to achieve process optimization and improve customer satisfaction
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the new customer implementation through onboarding, trainings and hypercare period
- Close monitoring of customer deliveries in the EMEA region including track and trace, issue resolution and reporting
- Be the single point of contact for deliveries from EMEA to Africa
- Manage the inbound flow (Shipments from Vendors to Distribution Center)
- Efficient management of the return shipments
- Provide a professional service to customer including answer customer queries via e-mails, calls, direct messages
- Support customers to optimize processes and gain efficiencies
- Investigate problematic cases, shipments, requests
- Share all available information, irregularity updates towards customer
- Cooperate with all partner departments on daily basis
