The expected compensation for this position is:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in aligning training efforts with the organization’s objectives, metrics, and strategic plans to ensure training support and drive business goals.
  • Coordinate and maintain reporting processes, including tracking training progress, outcomes, and feedback to inform improvements.
  • Facilitate divisional new hire orientation and onboarding programs, ensuring a smooth and engaging introduction to the company culture and values.
  • Coordinate and maintain new hire training schedules, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business needs.
  • Deliver training programs in various formats—virtual, in-person, and hybrid to maximize accessibility and engagement.
  • Support the creation and continuous improvement of training materials, emphasizing learner-focused approaches and knowledge retention.
  • Assist with New Venue Openings, providing onsite support for training and onboarding initiatives.
  • Maintain consistency in training standards and processes across all venues.
  • 15%-20% travel required.
