LOADER & PICKER

Cotteswold Dairy’s Shropshire Depot - based in Shrewsbury - are seeking a committed individual to join the team as a loader & picker working across the yard & warehouse.
We support local farmers and communities by delivering the freshest, finest quality products and first class customer service.

THE LOADER & PICKER ROLE

We are looking for efficient and reliable team members who can work accurately under pressure. This is a physical role, working both externally and in temperature controlled environments

Reporting to the Depot Manager, key duties include:

• Accurately picking customer orders from our chilled warehouse, paying close attention to stock rotation
• Loading lorries and vans in preparation for delivery, ensuring loads are suitably secured and following the company’s health and safety policies at all times
• Replenishment of stock, using the inventory management systems while ensuring the chilled warehouse remains safe, clean and secure at all times

You will demonstrate a positive, flexible attitude to work along with excellent problem-solving skills. You will be a confident communicator, dedicated to conducting your work to the highest standards and have a willingness
to take on tasks in all weathers
