We seek a highly motivated, ambitious, and experienced Multi-skilled Maintenance Shift Engineer. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be confident in challenging decisions and will have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Based at our Sheffield site and reporting to the Engineering Manager, your main tasks will be the repair and planned maintenance of injection moulding machines, plant facilities, and all other equipment. There will be ongoing continuous improvement projects and some development engineering work may also be available to an appropriately qualified candidate.
You will work a Panama 12-hour rotating days/nights pattern. A flexible, can do attitude is therefore paramount.
