  • This role is based at our Commercial Bay client site in Auckland
  • Full-time permanent position
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday - 6:30am to 3:30pm

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our team as a Loading Dockway/parking enforcement based at our prestigious Commercial Bay client site in Auckland. This is a full-time position with hours between 6:30am to 3:30pm (subject to flexibility), offering you the opportunity to play a vital role in maintaining the smooth flow of traffic for our client’s inwards and outwards goods process.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to maintain tight controls over dockway processes, have high attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Additionally you be firm, yet professional in your approach when enforcing rules.

MAIN DUTIES

  • Ensure prompt and professional service aligned with Service Level Agreements
  • Utilising booking Apps to coordinate a seamless traffic flow in and out of the basement area
  • Act as the gatekeeper to the goods lift
  • Issue keys/cards at the sign-in point for the building
  • Manage and issue contractor’s access requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Canon and client Health & Safety Standards
