Description:

Loan Admin Processor (Penang) (Contract) - (240000ZN)

  • Execute daily loan processing such as disbursement, repayment, rollover, maintenances etc.
  • Create and maintain data completely and accurately into system against source documents by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Review the completeness and accuracy of loan update in system and correcting any potential mistakes before approving the loan transaction.
  • Ensure loan servicing inquiries by Business Unit and pre-processing are attended timely.
  • Carry out ad-hoc assignments and provide support across department if needed.
  • Adhere to tight deadlines, ensuring that turnaround for BAU transactions is on target and service level agreement are met.
  • Contribute to fine-tuning workflow by soliciting feedback and suggestions for process improvement.
  • Conduct on the job training for team member.
  • Promote a positive mindset and holistic outlook amongst staff.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Degree holder.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided.
  • Fluent in spoken, read, and written in English.
  • Computer literate and well-versed with MS Office application.
  • Strong attention to details with a high level of quality and speed.
  • Efficient time management skill to prioritise task and complete work within established timelines.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of commitment and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Copes well with pressure and stress. Possess initiative, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Work on MY Public Holiday.
