JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Loan Document Processor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coding loans accurately according to various lenders and timely before they are sent to the next phase. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills to ensure all loans are coded correctly within the designated period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately code a variety of loans in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all loan coding is completed according to Service Level Agreement.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and accuracy.
  • Review loan documents and identify necessary coding details.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all coded loans.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues promptly to the Manager.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of experience in business and general office environment

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in collateral loan processing, coding, or a related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data.
  • Basic knowledge of loan and foreclosure processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software such as Director 7 and Mortgage Software Platform (MSP).
