REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• 4 “O” Level passes (including a grade C6 and above for English) or higher
• Strong interpersonal, communication and maintain a good rapport
• Upkeep a professional demeanor
• Detail Oriented with great follow-up skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule (5.5 day work week)
• Literacy and comfortable with Ms Office skills and Apps
• Must be self-motivated with team-player attitude able to work remotely using technology
• Those with an outgoing personality will be advantageous
• Progressive work environment suitable for ambitious individuals
  Note : This job requires physically onsite for the performance of duties and not remotely feasible

• Deal directly with customers either through telephone, electronically or in person.
• Keep records of customer payment history and transactions.
• Handle loan applications, obtain relevant documents and ensure the validity and accuracy of the information provided.
• Interview borrowers and assess each case.
• For every successful application, explain details and terms & conditions governing the loan stated in Note of Contract to the borrowers.Ensure a copy of Note of Contract and duly-completed application form are given to borrowers after the approval of loans.
