REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of experience in licensed moneylending, with a proven track record.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s lending regulations is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proactive, goal-driven, and skilled in problem-solving.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple applications efficiently.

• Guide clients in selecting suitable personal loan products based on their financial needs.
• Provide clear and accurate information on loan terms, conditions, and repayment plans.
• Handle the end-to-end loan application process, including documentation and preliminary credit assessments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines, working closely with the compliance team.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth loan approval and disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and support.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Proactively reach out to potential clients, promote loan products, and generate referrals.
• Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets while maintaining ethical lending standards.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan progress.
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore’s money lending regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with the Collections Manager on overdue accounts, including conducting site visits for collections.
