Responsibilities:

  • Assist loan officers in managing the loan process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
  • Handle client communications, document preparation, and follow-up to keep the process on track.
  • Collaborate with the team to create customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Make outbound calls to realtors, referral partners, and past clients to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing relationships.
  • Engage with borrowers in the pipeline to provide updates and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Support marketing efforts by assisting with content creation, event coordination, and social media engagement to boost brand visibility and attract new business.

$75,000 - $100,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

  • Collect information from the borrower to provide a clear, concise loan application
  • Communicate with the borrower to establish rapport and collect all necessary documentation to issue a pre-qualification
  • Analyze income, assets, and credit, run automated underwriting, and work diligently to provide an accurate pre-qualification
  • Send loan forms, disclosure agreements, and other supplemental documents to borrowers for completion and signature
  • Assist in the development of Motto Mortgage Pro’s Client for Life program, fostering long-lasting relationships between the office, its loan originators, and their clients
