The Mortgage Loan Officer is the main point of contact, providing best-in-class service throughout the mortgage process. This role involves consulting with clients, educating them on financing options and loan products, ensuring a smooth closing experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with customers to recommend loan products and services.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of mortgage loan programs and company products.
  • Obtain, validate, and secure financial and credit data to qualify clients.
  • Manage client pipeline for consistent service levels.
  • Assist clients in completing applications and comply with regulations.
