What is this position about?
Ensure that corporate Loans are processed accurately and all Fees are correctly accounted for and collected.
Implementation of the CTM mission, performing independent control from Business Lines for Corporate portfolio.
What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like?

Primary Role Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Loan Administration Area; receipt of client instructions or agent instructions, verification of client instructions against credit authorisations and agreed client conditions, arrange input of the loan into the Bank’s systems (via liaison with regional team).
  • Ensure Fees are booked correctly with respect to amortisation, Income accounts, invoicing as per approved conditions, reconciliation and adjustments…ie: to manage the whole transaction from issuance to collection.
  • Perform all the controls as per internal procedures including legal and compliance regulations, and provide high level of service quality to the customer.
  • Ensure daily excess for financing lines are reported to the stakeholders.
  • Provide stakeholders with DTT anomalies report, overdue/breached covenants, upcoming facility and guarantee expiry reports.
  • Any other monitoring tasks required from time to time.

Other contributions

  • Minimize operational failure, including but not exclusively the risk of fraud by helping to devise and by implementing sufficient regular controls.
  • Ensure appropriate escalation to management and/or permanent control (or compliance as appropriate) as soon as an issue is identified.
  • Comply with internal and external regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Anti‐Money Laundering / Financial Sanctions “AML/FS") related duties: Operations are an integral part of the control framework including for AML/FS topics. In that respect, in performing your role you are expected to ensure adherence to AML/FS‐related Group Policies and execution of associated operational controls, and to promptly escalate any resulting hit for analysis and decision.
