INTENT AND FUNCTION OF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Responsibilities:

POSITION PURPOSE

Responsible for performing loan file reviews and a wide variety of clerical tasks for consumer and mortgage loans. Receives telephone calls and emails, and promptly and courteously responds to assist both members and internal staff in a professional manner. Provides general Credit Union information and looks to enhance member relationships. Records and relays messages to appropriate personnel. Provides administrative information to Credit Union personnel and performs miscellaneous support functions as assigned. Projects the Credit Union’s professional image.

ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY FOR RELATED DUTIES AS REQUIRED OR ASSIGNED.

  • Ensures work area is clean, secure, and well maintained.
  • Completes special projects as assigned.
  • Comply with the U.S. Patriot Act and the Credit Union’s Bank Secrecy and OFAC Policies and Procedures.
  • Comply with the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act and the Credit Union’s Information Security program, maintaining the privacy and security of information, systems, and locations.
