Lobby Ambassador (Emiratisation)|Hilton Dubai Palm
At Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, a Lobby Ambassador will greet guests in the Lobby and provide variety of assistance to guests during their stays.
Responsibilities:
At Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, as Lobby Ambassador, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Meet, greet and direct Guests who enter the lobby area
- Entertain questions from guests and respond with appropriate and accurate information on topics such as outlet hours, local attractions, directions to events, etc.
- Runs errands such as ticket pick-up laundry pick-up and delivery, etc for guests
- Retrieves messages for guests. Retrieves mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests as requested
- Maintains appearance of hotel lobby, removes trash, organizes furniture, etc
- Remains calm and alert, especially during emergency and/or heavy hotel activity, and resolve complications such as location changes or credit issues.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor such as assisting PBX operators or reservations agents
