Description:
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, supply chain, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of procurement experience; FMCG, VAS, or logistics experience is a plus
- Strong digital drive, with a focus on project management and proactive planning
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills in English and of course, German
- Proven ability to meet strategic and tactical priorities within specified timelines
- Innovative and forward-thinking mindset and overall business acumen
- Proficient in analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Financial expertise, negotiation skills, and results-driven orientation
- Knowledge of SAP/SRM/CLM, e-sourcing, P2P processes, MS Office proficiency, and BI tools
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement local category and sourcing strategies, integrating market insights and legal updates
- Manage end-to-end Procurement processes including supplier selection, negotiations, contracts, and performance monitoring, aligning with agreed-upon objectives for own categories
- Cultivate strong supplier relationships to build a resilient supply network meeting Beiersdorf standards and mitigating risks
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal business partners
- Ensure compliance with legal and procurement procedures
- Contribute to meaningful sustainability initiatives
- Manage projects and drive transformational business impact
- Proper and continuous maintenance of supplier and spend data as well as KPI monitoring
- Lead best practices, process development initiatives for standardization, efficiency, and automation, leveraging new technologies and systems
- Supporting the continuous improvement of global standards
