Responsibilities:
We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Local Community Consultant at our Cheltenham store. As a Local Community Consultant, you play a pivotal role in bringing Medibank products and services to your local community. When a customer engages with us, you are encouraged to show individual accountability and responsibility for supporting them end-to end with outstanding service. You possess a cross-set of skills and diversity that equip you to solve a range of standard day-to-day problems, and to serve local customers in the communication channels of their choice (in store, on the phone, in community, or messaging).
You are curious, creative and enjoy taking accountability for delivering results, all with a willingness to experiment with new ideas and ways of working. You adapt easily to new challenges and pivot quickly to ensure that your customers are always front of mind.
