Description:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in HR business partnering, ideally within multinational environments.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, processes, and legal compliance (especially in Italy).
- Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, adept at balancing operational HR duties with long-term HR initiatives.
- Fluency in both English and Italian (additional languages a plus).
- High emotional intelligence and a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Ability to navigate fast-paced environments with adaptability and resilience.
- Experience with HR systems and payroll management.
- Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a strategic partner to local managers, providing guidance on HR matters and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support the governance of all HR-related topics in collaboration with the Regional HRBP, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Apply deep knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Italy to guide managers and employees effectively.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring exceptional employee experiences.
- Act as a coach to managers, empowering them to foster growth, development, and performance within their teams.
- Drive initiatives to promote a culture of dialogue, feedback, and collaboration within the organization.
- Oversee employee wellbeing and advocate for a healthy, inclusive, and dynamic workplace environment.
- Lead conflict resolution and employee relations, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
- Play a pivotal role in payroll supervision and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Travel between our offices in Bologna , Rimini and Milan as needed to ensure a strong HR presence and employee engagement.
- Drive continuous process improvement in HR operations, leveraging tools such as JIRA and SAP to resolve operational demands efficiently.
- Present engaging monthly HR business updates to employees locally, fostering transparency and alignment with company objectives.
