YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

Bachelor’sDegree in Information Technology or related courses
2-3years experience in the related field
Proficiencyin troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Musthave solid experience with Network Background, Microsoft 365/Exchange andMicrosoft Intune
Strongverbal and written communication skills to interact with users and explaintechnical concepts clearly.
Knowledgeablewith Active Directory and Account creation.
Abilityto work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other departments orexternal vendors.

YOUR ROLE

First level IT support for Kuehne Nagel Global Services users and stakeholders. To provide IT helpdesk support to KNGS on a daily basis and cater to different IT tasks provided by the IT Manager. IT Specialist will serve as the bridge to the different BU/FU within KNGS in terms of new IT solutions and implementations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved
• Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from clients or other employees
• Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage
• Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware
• Maintain a working log detailed all required system updates, as well as the date of completion
• Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems
• Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
• Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company
• Asset Management
• To complete all tasks assigned by the KNGS IT Manager.
• Support a 24x7 working environment.
• On-call duties (as required by business needs).
