JOB OVERVIEW:

The Local Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing regional and local marketing strategies across our 700 centres in Germany. This role involves working closely with centre managers, sales representatives, and sales managers to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project managing local marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and measuring performance effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in trade marketing, field marketing, or local marketing roles.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Experience liaising with sales representatives and sales managers.
  • Proficiency in German language (spoken and written).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel to centre locations across Germany and to HQ in Bochum as needed.

To further enhance our customer acquisition and brand visibility, we are seeking a Local Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and manage our regional and local marketing efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive local marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales goals and overall business objectives.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Contribute to advance market and consumer research through insights and hypotheses collected locally
  • Project Management:
  • Collaborate with centre managers to plan and execute local marketing campaigns and events.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and resources needed to execute initiatives.
  • Brand Management:
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and image across all local marketing activities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at local events and activities.
  • Performance Measurement:
  • Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of local marketing initiatives.
  • Analyse initiatives data and provide insights to optimise future strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on local marketing performance and ROI to Marketing and Sales management
  • Sales Liaison:
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and sales managers to understand market needs and customer preferences.
  • Provide support and training to sales teams on local marketing initiatives and ensure they have access to the right material (e.g., brochures, flyers, etc.) to achieve initiatives goals
  • Collect feedback from sales teams to improve marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management:
  • Oversee budgets for local marketing activities.
  • Optimise spending to maximise ROI and achieve growth targets.
  • Ensure transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.
