LOCAL NURSING RESOURCE TEAM - CNA – GREATER CHARLOTTE

Novant Health is seeking Certified Nurse Assistants to join our Local Nursing Resource Team to serve as a member of a remarkable healthcare team by establishing an authentic, personalized relationship with the patient and their support system. These CNA’s possess the skills, competency and qualifications, as well as a requirement to work in 3 facilities within a defined market: Greater Charlotte (GCM) market. Must have 1 year of ACUTE HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE to qualify for this position.
Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) are responsible for providing safe, continuous quality patient care in a variety of settings. The Local Nursing Resource Team - CNA I is part of a market based, that is assigned to varying units to ensure that patient care needs are met within the assigned facility.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma, required. Completion of NAI program, required.
• Experience: Two years in an acute hospital setting, required.
• Licensure/certification/registration: Good standing with Nurse Aide Registry as NAI, required. BLS Health Care Provider, required.
• Additional skills required: Basic computer skills for documentation.
