Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
As an LPA you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and overall success of your local market. You will oversee the implementation of marketing and sales strategies and work closely with a team of real estate
agents to help clients buy and sell properties.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales and management, excellent
communication and leadership skills, and a passion for driving results
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential buyers, ensuring a professional and engaging

- Present properties in the best possible light, highlighting key features and addressing any concerns or
questions raised by potential buyers.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our property portfolio, local market trends, and the
unique selling points of each property.
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication to ensure their needs are
met.
- Upsell relevant products and services to potential buyers such as mortgage and conveyancing
services, home insurance or property management.
- Provide timely and accurate 3feedback to the sales team following viewings, enable them to adjust
marketing strategies or negotiate effectively with potential buyers.
