Locality Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Locality Manager to lead and develop their portfolio of services in Blackburn!
As a Locality Manager you will be reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. You will provide professional expertise and guidance to your team of managers. You will lead, develop and expand the portfolio of services in the Lancashire area while ensuring a high standard of quality is maintained. You will be responsible for building relationships and liaising with local authorities and professionals.
You will foster a person-centred approach across your services and instil the value of each individual.
The requirements for this position are a wealth of experience within a leadership role in the health care sector. An understanding of the learning disabilities sector and relevant care standards and regulations and well-developed commercial and people management skills.
As a locality manager it is essential to have the ability to provide guidance and leadership across your services and a Level 5 Diploma or equivalent qualification.
