We are seeking an experienced Localization Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the localization of Maxon’s product suite, ensuring that our software, documentation, web and marketing materials are accurately translated and culturally adapted for global markets. This role requires a deep understanding of localization processes, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams and external vendors.

• Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end localization process for Maxon’s products and content, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external localization vendors, including negotiating contracts, defining service levels, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Process Development: Develop and refine localization processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Implement and manage Quality Assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and cultural appropriateness of localized content.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to understand localization requirements and ensure alignment with overall product strategy.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the localization budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Utilize localization tools and technologies to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
• Reporting: Track and report on localization project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
