Description:
Trainees will participate in clinical governance activities, including audit or quality improvement projects. There are opportunities to develop local and regional guidelines in co-ordination with the guideline lead, or to participate in the data collection, presentation and discussion at our monthly joint paediatric M&M meeting. Trainees will have the opportunity to take leadership management roles within the department, gaining experience with complaint management, education, and governance opportunities to further develop their portfolio
