Description:
MINIMUM POSITION KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- High school diploma or equivalent training & experience.
- Ability to read and write English is required.
- Solid communications skills, strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work as a member of a diverse, dynamic team.

- Candidate should be other country national (OCN) or local national (LN).
- Possess a valid passport from their country have ability to obtain a work visa.
- Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain requirements for duration of deployment.
Responsibilities:
PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Provide lodging operations services including reservations, check in, check out, inspections, inventory, restocking, safety inspections, general upkeep, and other related tasks to manage on-station lodging and quarters for authorized customers, including Government personnel and other Contractor personnel. This position is in support of the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) and is located at Ascension Island Auxiliary Airfield (AAAF).
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform lodging tasks to include daily accountability and reporting of all bed spaces, management of permanent and transient bed spaces, lodging front desk operations, and registration/tracking using the Contingency Quarters Management and Accountability Program (CQMAP).
- Follow procedures for the control, issuing, and inventory of guest room and master keys both physical and electronic.
- Maintain a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests, co-workers, and property employees.
- Ensure that the work area is safe, clean and sanitary always.
- Report lost and found items to internal Supervisor.
