Coordonne et accélère le flux de matériaux (provenant des fournisseurs, mais également au sein des départements) conformément aux calendriers de production. Planifie et programme les besoins en matériel/production. Exerce un impact sur les approches, projets et programmes du domaine fonctionnel ou de l’organisation et des méthodes de travail affectées. Influe sur la qualité, l’efficacité et l’efficience de sa propre équipe. Contribue significativement à l’élaboration des priorités. Se fonde sur des pratiques et des politiques professionnelles façonnées par le rôle. Le rôle dispose d’une autonomie modérée, nécessitant un haut niveau de discernement opérationnel.

• ability to think analytically, plan, make accurate and quick decisions, and be goal- and result-oriented
• strong knowledge and experience in safety regulations
• several years of managerial experience and experience in a similar position
• proficiency in English at the C1 level

At the Avio Aero plant in Bielsko-Biała we manufacture low pressure turbine components designed in our Engineering Center. We design, develop, and support the entire lifecycle of numerous other components, sub-systems, and modules for aero engines, encompassing accessory and power gearboxes, rotating parts, and structures. Our products are integral to engines utilized in a wide array of aircraft, including: Boeing 777, 737, 747-8, 787 Dreamliner, Airbus A320, Textron 220, Comac C919 and exploited in the most key airlines like Qatar, American Airlines, Emirates, Brithis Airways, AirFrance, United Airlines, Japan Airlines, LOT, Lufthansa, Cargolux or NCA.

• Management of main planning, material processes, and systems, preparing and updating production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensuring operational compliance with the production plan and KPI indicators. Inventory optimization and process improvement.
• Developing, evolving, and implementing standards in the logistics area.
• Cooperation with clients in terms of logistic services, organizing the delivery of goods, monitoring inventory levels, and sales plans.
• Managing and optimizing logistic processes.
• Responsibility for preparing and executing the logistics area budget.
• Managing the subordinate team of employees, motivating, and accounting for work results.
• Participation in company-led developmental projects.
• Coordinating and optimizing the efficiency of logistic, transport, and warehouse processes in the supply chain.
• Cooperation with the Management Board in their area of responsibility.
• Building a professional image of the company.
