Description:
WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT
- A tertiary qualification in Management Accounting is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:
- Inbound Warehouse Accounting:
- Conduct weekly verification of raw material receipts, ensuring alignment with vendor proof of delivery (POD).
- Ensure timely and accurate issuance and receipt of returnable packaging materials by the warehouse.
- Participate in stock counts and perform reconciliations for returnable packaging and raw materials at Alpla and customer sites, which may require weekend availability.
- Address and resolve general queries between the warehouse and accounting.
- Hard Tolling (processing customer-owned materials into finished goods with full tracking and reconciliation) Administration:
- Participate in monthly customer stock counts for raw materials and finished goods.
- Manage and oversee the administration of customer materials under the hard toll process, ensuring precise monthly reconciliations.
- Verify production and sales data accuracy monthly with the Production department, including customer returns.
- Prepare and validate customer declarations related to hard tolling materials.
- Reconcile the raw material supplier account monthly to verify accurate resin material usage.
- Perform weekly reconciliation of customer stock on hand, confirming correct resin and other material usage.
- Outbound Transport Accounting:
- Oversee accounting and reconciliation for outbound transport, ensuring all necessary documents are provided by customers and transporters.
- Ensure accuracy in transport schedules and associated costs.
- Carefully review documents for validity and compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
