To support this growth, we are looking for a Transport Manager who will be instrumental in ensuring our operations comply with Dutch transport regulations while optimizing efficiency and service quality.
Tasks

• Oversee the coordination of Delivery Service Provider (DSP) resources and manage franchise relations within the region. Lead the evaluation and onboarding of new service providers, while developing and executing policies for regional franchising, with a focus on last mile delivery.
• Build a transportation and distribution network from the ground up (0 to 1) in the Netherlands area as needed, emphasizing efficient last mile delivery solutions.
• Improve the operational quality (cost and timeliness) of service providers and transportation networks, and manage the growth and development of regional franchisees and networks.
• Collect and analyze information on competitors in the industry. Participate in the formulation of policies such as delivery fees and terminal transportation subsidies based on the current situation of regional operations.
