Description:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of the terminal supply schedule as developed by the optimization teams, ensuring timely communication and flawless implementation.
- Liaise daily with logistic service providers (LSPs) and terminals to inform them of load and discharge schedules.
- Collaborate closely with traders regarding contract positions and send nominations to suppliers, ensuring that operations align with commercial expectations.
- Manage the accurate processing of Bill of Ladings (B/Ls) and Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) to ensure compliance and documentation consistency.
- Monitor and ensure data consistency between JDE and Vista, initiating master data updates and corrections related to barge operations.
- Align and regularly update ADN (European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways) details to ensure regulatory compliance.
