JOB SUMMARY:

Monitor and forecast customer usage rates while coordinating driver, equipment, and product availability to efficiently meet customer delivery requirements. Embrace a safety-first mindset throughout the workday and promote safety with your fellow office employees and delivery drivers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinate weekly driver and equipment availability with Site Manager.
• Plan the use of drivers and equipment for the most efficient routing of deliveries.
• Receive orders, monitor tank telemetry, and assign daily delivery schedule to meet customer needs.
• Proactively communicate and follow up with customers and drivers as needed.
• Enforce safety and quality procedures.
• Ensure all data is entered into computer system correctly and timely.
• Obtain information, perform analysis, and troubleshoot to improve results.
• Monitor metrics and work with Logistics team to meet company goals.
• Work with Site Manager and Safety Director to coordinate training schedules for employees.
• Attend monthly safety meeting and perform all assignments with a safety-first mindset.
• Other specific duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Industrial Engineering
• 2 plus years of experience
• Proficient with Microsoft programs. Prefer proficiency with Roadnet and Samsara
