KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Master’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/International Business Administration or 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in BI tools, ERP systems (especially SAP), and MS Excel
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to drive process improvements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skillsFluent in English

• Develop and maintain reports and analytical tools to establish global reporting standards
• Collaborate with IT to enhance reporting architecture.
• Support technology improvements in our supply chain to give better availability of inventory and improve the warehousing & logistics execution to our customers.
• Participate and/or drive relevant cross functional business and/or IT projects.
• Monitor performance indicators, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize SAP and other IT tools to enhance productivity.
• Foster continuous improvement across Business Areas and Global Sales.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of SOPs and work instructions within the quality systems
