Currently, our Navy Aviation Division is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our team in the Richmond, VA. This is a onsite position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Provide support to the Weapons System Support Team as a logistics analyst/expeditor to assist the Weapon Systems Program Manager to improve the CH/MH-53E/T64 helicopter platform readiness
  • Collaborate across logistics teams, both internal and external, to provide proactive solutions to issues that present potential or know risk

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must hold or obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance required. In addition to the security clearance, this position may require an additional background screening for base access
  • U.S. Citizenship required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as the copy machine/computer printer
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years in related logistics and procurement function experience or equivalent education and years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience in supply management, acquisition, and logistical support functions such as procurement, transportation, cataloging, provisioning storage and distribution to provide logistical assistance to the customer
  • Experience with Government systems including EBS, SAP, eProcurement, DIBBS, CRM, DRU, WAWF, ETools (DCMA), DSS, ILS, WEBFLIS, E-MALL, QLIK, and Haystack Gold
  • Experience in Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, Word, Project PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
  • Experience with DLA-secure logistics processes
