Description:
The Logistics and Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing logistics for the facilities operations, maintaining equipment, managing vehicles, and handling warehouse operations. This role also involves client escalation management and general administrative tasks. The manager will ensure efficient operations, adherence to safety and cleanliness standards, and effective resolution of client issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics management, team leadership, and operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant logistics software.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and factory maintenance.
- A valid Class 3 driving license is required

- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control.

Responsibilities:
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:
- SOP Development: Develop and propose Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Team Administration: Approve and track leaves/MCs for the logistics team, verify monthly payroll, and assist with ISO, AVA, NEA renewals, and equipment calibration.
- Inventory and Production: Maintain inventory records, ensure chillers’ temperatures are recorded daily, conduct weekly meetings, and review job flows for efficiency.
