  • On non-travel days (no passengers), work from Cooma Office.
  • Collect and deliver items and materials between Cooma stores (or other suppliers) and project sites, and return items to Cooma stores or the Cooma Admin Team.
  • Prepare meeting rooms daily, including cleaning whiteboards, setting up chairs, and general tidying.
  • Assist with basic upkeep of kitchen areas, meeting rooms, and onsite storerooms.
  • Undertake additional tasks with the Cooma Admin Team as required.

You’ll Bring To The Team:
At a minimum, you will hold and maintain a Class C Drivers Licence, and Light or Medium Rigid Licence preferred. Have a solid understanding of bus operations, backed by extensive experience in driving buses, especially in challenging wet and snowy weather conditions. Your track record includes successful roles in site coordination or support, showcasing your ability to handle diverse responsibilities. Proficiency in basic software applications complements your excellent verbal communication skills, enabling accurate and positive interactions across all levels. Your proactive approach to organisation and coordination, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, ensures tasks are prioritised and completed within deadlines.
