Logistics Arrivals and Departures Operations Coordinator

POSITION:

We are looking for Logistics A&D Operations Coordinator.

The resource identified, will be responsible for:

• Support for the arrivals and departures logistics operations for specific stakeholders;
• Determine the resources to deploy for the logistics operations for arrivals and departures (trucks, drivers, LOG operators);
• Involved in the rifle and ammunition management procedure;
• Contribute to the Information kit for the National Olympic Committees and National Paralympic Committees under the coordination of AND.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in Olympic and Paralympic games or international events as well as a very good understanding of the services for the end-to-end journey for the clients;
• Very good knowledge and experience of the logistics transport for stakeholders as well as airport and train stations procedures;
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure, adapting to changing circumstances and handle unexpected challenges ;
• Ability to work in a dynamic ecosystem with other internal and external entities;
• Ability to organize and plan multiple complex tasks simultaneously;
• Fluency in English and Italian is a must;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required;
• Excellent skills with Suite MS Office;
• Strong analytical skills and communication;
• Valid driving licence.
