Specific Accountabilities:
Create transfer orders from all production facilities to central buffers, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) processes.
Print and reconcile inventory count sheets with warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to FIFO principles.
Coordinate daily pick releases and slips for deliveries by customer and carrier.
Organize and coordinate the logistics of goods, acting as a liaison between departments, customers, and carriers.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking shipments, ensuring all load requirements are communicated to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Analyze data, report performance, identify logistical issues, and assist in developing improvement plans.
Investigate and resolve delivery concerns raised by Sales and Retail Departments, ensuring customer satisfaction according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Report on warehouse pick accuracy and carrier performance, ensuring timely delivery and proper inventory movement under the direction of the Logistics Supervisor.
Process VQA requirements for sub-inventory movements, such as Sales Hold and Bottle aging.
Provide administrative support to the East Logistics Team and assist in physical inventory counts as needed.
Handle the receipt and distribution of equipment and materials, supporting the Logistics Department’s HACCP documentation and attending required meetings.
Ensure a safe work environment by following all procedures and reporting unsafe conditions to the Logistics Supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned, including customer order picking when necessary.
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Production/Manufacturing or Business Administration is preferred.
Experience managing large volumes of order processing, with a focus on order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Forklift/Electric Pallet Jack experience is a plus.
Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft and ERP systems.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be legally entitled to work in Dubai without restriction.
