Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the processing and monitoring of export orders from receipt to delivery to the customer (entry, preparation, invoicing, documentation) in compliance with deadlines, commercial agreements concluded with the various partners, pharmaceutical regulations and Good Distribution Practices.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly turnover targets and avoid stock shortages, coordinate activity according to market priorities.
  • Maintain and enforce export procedures. Be a driving force in improving procedures and reducing non-value-added actions.
  • Optimize transport to markets, in line with budget expectations and negotiated deadlines.
  • Ensure the availability and compliance of documents required by customers and other stakeholders in the supply chain.
  • Take an active part in continuous service improvement projects (role of contributor or project manager). Projects will be conducted across the entire department.
  • Present improvement projects annually for the scope in charge and implement the necessary actions during the year to achieve the continuous improvement objectives set.
