We offer various storage and logistics solutions for a wide range of food products under different controlled temperatures. With 27 modern facilities in Europe and more than 750 dedicated colleagues, we operate in Belgium, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, the United Kingdom, and Sweden. Our facilities have capabilities for frozen, chilled, chocolate, and ambient products. In addition to storage, we offer specialized services such as transportation, blast freezing, order picking, various container handling, tempering and related butter processing, palletizing, cross-docking, bonded warehousing, and more.
We are looking for a Logistics Clerk.
Location: Lommel
As a Logistics Clerk, your primary role is to coordinate and manage logistics tasks for our customers. This includes handling carrier bookings, assist drivers who register at the counter and facilitating communication with the warehouse.

PROFILE, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

A1 or A2 level in administrative logistics or a related field;
At least 2 years of experience in a logistics role;
Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills being a plus;
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations and conflicts;
Able to work efficiently, with a structured and detail-oriented approach;
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think and act quickly;
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team;
Fluent in Dutch and English, with knowledge of French and German considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and manage carrier bookings;
Serve as the first point of contact for drivers checking in at the counter;
Communicate with warehouse staff to guide drivers to the appropriate loading or unloading areas;
Assist warehouse colleagues with any inquiries;
Manage transport administration, including customs and CMR documentation;
Input orders and ensure the accuracy of the inventory system.
