Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the repair team.
• Compile reports on parts usage and customer needs.
• Keep good repaired parts inventory.
• Transact customer repair orders.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with repair depot procedures.
• Experience with ERP (enterprise resource planning), PLM (product lifecycle management), and/or MRP (material requirements planning) systems.
• Understanding of repair procedures and directions.
• Experience with BOM (bill or materials).

• Coordinate the repair team.
