BBE is actively seeking a full-time Logistics Coordinator to join our service focused team at our head office in Edmonton. QUALIFICATIONS
- Technical school degree or other relevant logistics, inventory, shipping/receiving, or warehousing experience.
- Forklift experience is considered an asset.
- Attention to detail and communication skills required.
- You enjoy being part of a team and working closely with others to achieve success.
- Customer service focused.
- Proficient in MS software applications.

Responsibilities:
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand Edmonton cargo operations critical control points procedures including temperature and time-sensitive Pharma controls.
- Receiving cargo including physical checks, documentation verification, and storage location tracking system.
- Cargo loading and release including physical cargo check against documentation and equipment checks.
- Cargo build-up and handover including proper placement in the applicable and segregated storage area.
- On-hand stock reconciliation daily.
- Comply with Good Distribution Practices and BBE’s CEIV Pharma standards.
- Promote, support, and encourage BBE’s vision, mission, and values.
- Portray positivity, enthusiasm, and professionalism in your day-to-day responsibilities.
- Be a problem solver that is solution driven and thrives to take on more challenges.
CORPORATE COMPLIANCE DUTIES
- Actively participate in QHSETR programs and systems
- Contribute to and foster clear and direct communications, education, and enhancement of customer service with operations teams and clients.
- Contribute to BBE’s continuous improvement and organizational efficiency goals.
