JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to analyze data effectively to optimize logistics processes.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in logistics coordination or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their logistics requirements is a plus.
  • Strong data analysis skills to assess shipping and distribution performance.
  • Knowledge of freight management, warehouse distribution processes, and inventory control is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with team members and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee logistics operations, including sourcing, shipping, and receiving of goods.
  • Manage order picking processes to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Analyze data related to freight costs, shipping times, and warehouse distribution efficiency.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices and terms for transportation services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding logistics operations.
  • Prepare reports on logistics performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
