Description:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team! Reporting to our Senior Logistics Manager, this role is integral in helping our day to day operations run effectively to ensure our customers have an exceptional experience. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same!
We’re looking for a team member with strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and have a mind for problem solving. You’ll be working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics providers, so a customer centric approach is key.

Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Liaising with multiple third-party logistics providers on day-to-day operational issues
- Working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to problem solve and resolve issues
- Reconcile invoices and manage escalations with delivery partners and warehousing teams
- Arranging deliveries for our VIP B2B customers
- Performing administrative tasks to ensure the operation is running smoothly
- Assisting the Customer Care team with escalated issues
- Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses
- Looking for new and better ways of working to enable a highly efficient operation
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD BE:
- University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or similar)
- An exceptional multitasker and problem solver - a love of Tetris will go far here!
- Highly analytical and ready to delve into data
- Tech-savvy and ability to use various IT and cloud-based tools to improve efficiency and productivity
- Have an excellent attention to detail, with an ability to move through volume tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Ready to challenge, be challenged, and work within our highly disruptive business model
