• An understanding of Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Office systems.

• Fulfilling all export and local orders in timely manner.
• Ensuring that deliveries are coordinated to meet customer expectations and customer requirements.
• Efficient management of daily, weekly and monthly sales forecast and logistics planning.
• Responding to customer requirements, queries and scheduling arrangements in sufficient time to meet deadlines.
• Assisting inventory controller in weekly inventory reports to locate variances and accuracy required when entering data in system and raising sales orders and TLI’s.
• Preparing weekly reports to supply to customers and line managers.
• Any other responsibilities and/or Authorities as specifically designated by line managers.
