About our client: Our client is a manufacturer of Expansion Joints and Movement Control Joints, working closely with architects, engineers, and clients to design and tailor solutions for building projects.

• Provide comprehensive operations, logistics, sales, and HR support to ensure smooth and efficient business operations across departments.
• Assist the Operations and Sales Manager in day-to-day activities, including tracking progress, preparing reports, and coordinating schedules to optimize workflow.
• Manage administrative and receptionist duties, including answering calls, handling customer inquiries, managing office supplies, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate logistics and procurement processes, ensuring timely deliveries and smooth operations.
• Maintain and update filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring all records are properly organized and easily accessible.
• Assist in preparing presentations, sales documents, and other materials to support the sales team and client interactions.
• Collaborate closely with HR to assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation and records management.
• Provide support for various ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management, contributing to overall team goals.
