Requisitos

  • Lic. Comercio Internacional / Ingeniería

Industrial o afín.

  • Ingles (Intermedio - Avanzado).
  • Conocimiento logística.
  • Excel intermedio avanzado
  • Experiencia de 2 años mínimo en servicio al

cliente.

Funciones del Rol

  • Asistencia técnica de nivel avanzado y la

asistencia técnica relacionada con las
operaciones, logísticas y de inventario tales
como cotizaciones, facturación y costos,
seguimiento, preguntas de servicio y

asistencia relacionada al cliente.

  • Revisar, completar y procesar análisis de

inverario, coordinación de tiempos extra y
operaciones extraordinarias y bases de
datos sobre pedidos, envíos, solicitudes,
transportistas, proveedores y detalles

relacionados.

  • Proporcionar asistencia para la

investigación de problemas relacionados
con discrepancias, operaciones virtuales y
desarrollar recomendaciones para resolver
problemas relacionados con el
cumplimiento, la planificación, el calendario,
el estado y la confirmación.
