Responsibilities:
- Creating an understanding of customer needs and gathering relevant data/market insights.
- Working closely with stakeholders to determine priorities and develop a roadmap (project plan).
- Applying scientific and mathematical engineering principles to build a more efficient infrastructure.
- Making translations between customer needs, warehouse operations, and processes.
- Creating policies, procedures, and work instructions for new/optimized logistic concepts.
- Continuously monitoring the market to identify new opportunities and gain competitive advantages.
- Collaborating with a team of talented Engineers and reporting to the Manager Logistics Engineering.
