JOB DESCRIPTION:
Principal Accountabilities
- Under the general direction of the Logistics Engineering Manager, performs advanced systems troubleshooting to support production / post production systems, processes, and equipment. Resolves advanced technical issues that cannot be resolved at the production / manufacturing floor level. Reviews and processes level one ECO’s. Revises build plans to meet customer needs. Maintains technical work documents.
- Performs advanced systems troubleshooting. Performs technical problem-solving to support the technical needs of the production / post production floor.
- Reviews and processes engineering change notices to customer products. Evaluates the changes for correctness, and impact on the current process.
- Maintains technical work documents used to manufacture speciality computer systems. Revise build plans as required to meet customer needs and internal requirements.
- Maintains test equipment and label printers.

Experience / Education
Typically requires a 2 year degree and 3-5 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience. May require specific certifications.
