REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrated people leadership , proven experience in transformational projects / actions
• Proven experience in management of logistics counterparts of the customers , strong communication & presentation skills
• Actionability & results oriented ,
• Master degree logistics
• FMCG logistics & warehousing operations mgmnt experience,
• Successful experience in optimizing warehouse flows
• Working in international organisation environment
• English language very good level
• SAP & eWM environment experience important

• Coordinate and animate the logistics team ensuring compliance with the internal rules / procedures and deliver service and cost objectives
• Development, implementation and continuous optimization of processes, logistics on a current basis and a multi-year strategy,
• Defining, analyzing and reporting key indicators department efficiency
• Manages the processes and the logistic flows , take improvement & corrective actions
• Ensure integrity of the control processes & procedures , inventory reconciliation accuracy on all the inventory items and documentation standards
• Enusure the production operations service on raws / packs & full goods
• Ensure proper maintenance & upkeep of the company assets / equipment , manage the external services & suppliers , in coordination with other functions
• Ensures correct handling of internal physical and IT flows to guarantee an efficient and accurate inventory management,
• Initiates optimization activities within warehouse processes ( efficiency of moving -loading -unloading operations) ,
• Participates in logistics projects & contributes to logistics & network optimisation actions
• Manage transport / transport suppliers /
• Direct management of customers logistics counterparts
• Demonstrate initiative in developing team & build x-functional cooperation to maximise service levels and operations efficiency
• Inspires and manages the team to achieve goals.
