We specialise in Construction, Waste Management, Plant Hire, Demolition and Transport operations.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE JOB ROLE:
- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise, support, and develop a team of coordinators, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily waste collection operations, ensuring timely and efficient services across all designated areas.
- Logistics Planning: Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimise routes, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all waste collection activities comply with local, regional, and national regulations and environmental standards.
- Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and resolving service issues promptly.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse operational performance KPI metrics, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Resource Management: Manage resources, including vehicles and equipment, to ensure they are utilised effectively and maintained properly.
- Health and Safety: Promote and enforce health and safety standards within the team and throughout operations.
- Budget Management: Assist in budgeting and financial planning to ensure cost-effective operations.
- To develop and maintain excellent open lines of effective communication both internally and externally. Whilst maintaining a positive “can do” approach to all tasks, whilst being approachable at all times.
